At Rejuvenate Pilates our goal is simple: We bring the benefits of Pilates to everybody – enabling you to feel better, younger, and more vital in your daily life.
In a safe and supportive environment, our pre and post natal reformer sessions offer expecting and new mothers a wonderful opportunity to keep their body and mind in shape. The class will take you through specialised pilates exercises to strengthen your back and pelvic muscles and tone your entire body. The supportive setting also provides an opportunity to connect with other expecting and new mothers. These classes are fully supervised and run by instructors specifically qualified to handle the changes that occur during and after pregnancy.
