Placenta Vitality - Sunshine Coast Placenta Encapsulation

Natalie Stokell (MA, MTI, ITEC, PBi, APPAC) moved from the UK to the Sunshine Coast in 2009 when her first daughter was 9 months old. She ‘tried’ some raw placenta after this daughter’s birth, but found she couldn’t stomach it. So three years later in 2012 after the birth of her second daughter she tried it again, but this time in dehydrated and powdered form in a capsule.

It was much more palatable this way, and the difference in her postnatal recovery compared to after her first daughter’s birth was so noticeable that she decided to find out all she could about this slightly weird sounding but completely amazing thing called placenta encapsulation!

She trained firstly with Placenta Benefits, and then in 2016 with the Association of Placenta Preparation Arts. She holds current certificates in Food Safety and Blood Borne Pathogen and Infection Control. She is insured and she prides herself on practicing to the highest standard, and keeping the health and safety of her clients at the forefront of her procedures and protocols. She has encapsulated over 400 placentas.
